Complete 5-10 happy minutes of cardio

Flow

Functional Fitness

Complete 5 rounds of:

  • 120-second bike
  • 60 seconds of air squats

Finisher 1

Complete 5 rounds of, 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off of:

  • Dimmel deadlift

Finisher 2

3 rounds of:

  • Two minutes overhead dumbbell hold
  • Two-minute rest
