Warm-up

5-10 minutes of cardio of your choice 🙂 if you feel good push it here but don’t go for a max

minutes 1-4
30 sec on/30 sec off
db clean and jerk
minute 5-8
30sec on /30 sec off
pull-ups or jumping pull-ups
minute 9-12
30 sec on/ 30 sec off
bike (if no bike shuttle run or row)

Finisher #1

3 sets

100″ farmer carry
100″ front rack carry
100″ over head carry (both arms)

rest as needed

Finisher #2

in 3 attempt Find a 1 RM
60 sec weighted plank
