banded push-up to failure
rest 2-3min between sets

Finisher #2

 

3 sets
drop set strict press
max reps dumbell or barbell press
drop weight
max resp dumbell or barbell press
drop weight
max reps dumbell or barbell press
rest 2-3 minutes between sets
