15 burpees box jump over
15 dips
15 dumbell snatch
rest 2 minutes between sets

Finisher #1

 

4 sets
60 sec side laying leg circle (each side)
10 bulgarian split squat with 2 sec negative /leg
30 sec 1 leg wall squat/leg

rest as needed between sets

Finisher #2

 

4 sets
60 sec side laying leg circle (each side)
10 bulgarian split squat with 2 sec negative /leg
30 sec 1 leg wall squat/leg
