5-10 minutes of cardio of your choice 🙂 if you feel good push it here but don’t go for a max

Flow

Functional Fitness

2x 5min amrap
30 high knee
30 mountain climber
30 step-up jump
rest 2 minutes between sets

Finisher #1

3 sets
20 leg extension
20 hamstring curls

if you have access to a machine for these please use it and build up in weight

Finisher #2

7 minutes
10 side raises
10 front raises
25m dumbell over head walk
