Bulgarian split squat drop set

3 sets

  • 8 Bulgarian split squat (heaviest load)
  • 8 sec hold at 90 degre
  • 8 Bulgarian split squat (medium load)
  • 8 sec hold at 90 degre
  • 8 Bulgarian split squat (light load)
  • 8 sec hold at 90 degre

rest 2 min between sets

rest as needed between
