Together, you will sit down weekly (via google meets – 1-hour calls) to create a comprehensive training and nutrition plan geared directly around your goals. This unique experience is limited to 3 clients per month and is only for those serious clients looking to make changes. Camille will study your body, track your progress, and carefully craft a weekly plan for you that will get you to your ideal goal. The Premium Membership is 12 weeks and includes a custom fitness and nutrition program.
