Weightlifting belt with adjustable velcro strap. The inside of the belt is custom-stitched in gold thread with “You are stronger than you think.”
**The width of the belt is approved for USAW meets.

Size ranges:
- Small: 27.5″-34″
- Medium: 31.5″-36.5″
- Large: 34.5″-39.5″
Measuring for your belt:
You will be measuring your waist, but not the same way you measure for a pair of casual pants. The measurement should be more like a pair of formal wear pants, aiming for just above your belly button.
Some additional tips:
- Breathe normally and don’t hold your stomach in. The belt should fit your natural posture.
- Don’t hold the measuring tape too tightly. You want it to be snug, but not constricting.
- Measure with your normal workout outfit on. It’s important the belt measurement includes the clothing you’ll have on when you use it.

Hi! When measuring my waist for the belt, I’m assuming the measurement is at the belly button, right? Dumb question but I feel like my measurement is off. Thanks!

Hey Valerie! This is a great question, so we’ve gone ahead and added a measurement guide to each one of the belts. This should help:

Well I see the purple one is restocked but I was really loving the white one. Is this one going to be restocked and smalls will be back or should I just cut my losses and move on?
