Size ranges:

• Small: 27.5″-34″
• Medium: 31.5″-36.5″
• Large: 34.5″-39.5″

Measuring for your belt:

You will be measuring your waist, but not the same way you measure for a pair of casual pants. The measurement should be more like a pair of formal wear pants, aiming for just above your belly button.

Some additional tips:

• Breathe normally and don’t hold your stomach in. The belt should fit your natural posture.
• Don’t hold the measuring tape too tightly. You want it to be snug, but not constricting.
• Measure with your normal workout outfit on. It’s important the belt measurement includes the clothing you’ll have on when you use it.
