Roz is committed to dispelling dieting industry myths and dismantling the fear they have created about certain types of food. If you can’t enjoy a donut or some ice cream any day of the week then you need to break yourself out of your diet and live life again! Roz’s coaching approach is holistic as she believes that improving your nutrition is not just about improving the quality of the food you eat, but also about rebuilding a healthy relationship with food and a loving respect for your body. 


Roz has a degree in law and was working as a paralegal when she decided to quit her job in pursuit of her life’s passions – health & fitness. Roz’s vast experience with dieting as a teenager and adult, ultimately fed her thirst for knowledge on the subject of nutrition. Her CrossFit Level 1 training sparked that interest further and she decided to continue her education with Precision Nutrition (PN).  

Prior to joining the Féroce family Roz was running a successful nutrition business with her husband Jason Ackerman. Together they road-tripped with their 70 sq. ft camper leading a 3-month nutrition seminar tour throughout the north-east. Although the donut spots they stumbled across were some of the best, they would definitely think twice before embarking on a journey again in the confines of such close quarters[Symbol] For now, they are enjoying some down-time in their new home in Boulder with pups Lola & Mimi.  

Roz has also worked with hundreds of clients as a personal trainer, yoga instructor & Crossfit Trainer in the Cayman Islands. Roz has been successful in improving the quality of life of people of all ages in aspects of fitness and nutrition. 

Roz not only has a thorough understanding of the scientific aspects of nutrition but she understands the psychology and vast array of complexities we can experience with food. Roz is truly passionate about sharing her experiences and her knowledge of flexible eating & nutrition so she can help others feel liberated with their food choices and in control of their health. If you’ve ever felt trapped or consumed by your diet then Roz is here to remind you that there is a healthy way out.

Hardest question ever! But any kind of sweet pastry or anything with peanut butter. Donuts or a hazelnut chocolate filled croissant are my weakness. 🤤
