As an elite athlete a well-balanced, nutrient-dense diet has been essential in ensuring peak performance, support recovery and diminish the risk of injuries. Most recently, Rachel has indulged her curiosity in what works best for her by experimenting with different styles of eating. She understands that what works for one person, may not work for another and also that as our bodies evolve, it may be necessary to adjust the way we eat to help maintain that balance in our bodies.
