Favorite Food:
Sushi! I love some sushi!!

Favorite Place:
Hawaii or the lake. Any lake. I love the water.

Favorite movie:
Hmm there are so many. I like sappy movies and adventure movies. “Best of Me”; “Pretty Women”; “Transformers”; “How to lose a guy in ten days”.

Biggest accomplishment:
I am proud of so many accomplishment, but I wouldn’t consider any “My BIGGEST”. I consider them all parts of my journey: 200lb snatch at the CrossFit Games after missing the Games the year before and working so hard to hit that number is definitely up there; opening The original CrossFit WaterSide – this took every ounce of hard work to open this gym and to continuously build the culture that it is today. I think you can put getting married and buying a first house in this category too!

“I’d rather be…”
I used to want to be someone else when I was younger, but now that I have matured and grown into myself, I love myself for who I am.. but for fun.. for one day I would love to be Kate Hudson!
