Grilled Chicken and sweet potatoes


  • 5 oz sweet potato
  • 5 oz chicken breast
  • 10 asparagus spears
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste 


Cook or grill chicken and sweet potato for about 10 minutes on each side on medium high heat. Make sure that the chicken and the sweet potato are fully cooked before removing it from the grill or the oven. Drizzle olive oil on the asparagus and add salt and pepper to taste, cook for around 3 minutes or until they are tender.
