Five to ten minutes of solid cardio work to get your body warm.

Flow

Functional Fitness

For time, complete 50, 40, 30 of:

  • Devil Press
  • Jumping Pull-Ups

Finishers

For three rounds, complete:

  • 10 Front Raise
  • 10 Side Raise
  • 10 Snow Angel

Complete thirty wall climbs.
