Warm-Up

Complete 5-10 minutes of easy-paced cardio.

Flow

Functional Fitness

Five rounds for time of:

  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 15 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 15 Dumbbell Push Presses

Finishers

Complete three sets of:

  • Max Banded Tricep Extensions
  • 10 Bicep Curls with a two-second negative

Complete:

  • 30 side raises
