Warm-Up

Complete 5-10 minutes of easy cardio.

Flow

Functional Fitness

Complete ten rounds of:

  • 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • 20 Russian Twists

Finisher

Complete three sets of:

  • 7 Jumping Pull-Up Negatives
  • Rest 60 seconds between sets

Complete 10 weighted push-ups with two-second negatives.

Rest 60 seconds between sets.
