We’re upping the rounds this week! Pick your favorite cardio: biking, running, rowing, hiking, skiing, swimming, etc..

Complete 15 rounds of:

  • 45 Seconds On
  • 15 Seconds Off

Don’t skip active recovery. It’s important. If I find out you’re skipping, I’ll send one of my dogs to lecture you.
