We’re going five rounds today, so be sure to set a pace you can maintain through all five rounds.
5 rounds for time, of:
- 200-meter run
- 20 jumping lunges
Finish three sets each of:
- 10 tuck crunches
- 20 side plank lifts (10 each side)
- 30-60s plank holds
- Rest 60 seconds between each set.
